2. Service Description SlaySong creates and delivers custom, made-to-order songs based on the details you provide during checkout. Each product is unique and created specifically for the customer. Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive your personalized song via email within the delivery time you selected at checkout.
  • Delivery is made to the email address you provided at checkout.

3. Customer Responsibilities By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (including a valid email address)
  • Not use our content for unlawful or commercial purposes without permission
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of our creators

SlaySong is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or invalid email addresses.

4. Intellectual Property All songs created by SlaySong are original works. You are granted a non-commercial license to use your personalized song for personal purposes (e.g., sharing with friends, social media, gifting). You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the song commercially without express written consent.

5. Revisions & Refunds Please refer to our full Refund & Delivery Policy for details. In short:

  • You are entitled to 1 free revision per order (additional revisions may be free at our discretion).
  • Refunds are only granted if you do not receive the product within the delivery time you selected at checkout and contact us within 7 days.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Style preference
  • Email input errors

6. Limitation of Liability SlaySong will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service
  • Delays caused by third-party email services, spam filters, or input mistakes

Our liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid for the order.
